Online classes

Are you interested in doing Sports Physiotherapy run classes in the comfort of your own home? With access to exercise session videos that you can watch at your own convenience??

Here is some information about the online classes:

  • 2 x video links of pre-recorded sessions are emailed out, fortnightly. That way, you can work between the 2 sessions and alternate them. It is recommended you do a Physiotonic session 2-3 times per week. You have 24/7 access to the videos in that 2 week period so can do the classes at anytime that is convenient to you.
  • The videos cannot be downloaded, only viewed. They are also password protected.
  • Videos run for approx. 50 mins.
  • You will need exercises bands (which can be purchased) and a set of light hand weights.
  • Individual consultations are available to help get you started.

“I have really appreciated and enjoyed the online classes. They are just like our ‘normal’ class, well explained, easy to follow, great variety and a solid workout for the mind and body. I have loved being able to do the class at a time that suits and 2 or 3 times a week. My husband is a convert. I had to buy 2 bands for him from Liane last week! Not to mention the dog who thinks the mat is a new bed!!”

“Just letting you know that vimeo worked really well for me, I was able to cast you to the TV so you were practically life-sized in my loungeroom!!”

“Thank you for providing a Physiotonic online option while classes are suspended. Just wanted to let you know that your videos are fabulous and we’re really enjoying them! They provide expert guidance and information about each exercise while you clearly demonstrate postures. Congratulations on creating this option for us. What a great way to engage our core, strengthen our shoulders and get a great glute burn in our own home! My glutes, core and shoulders say thank you!! We are definitely benefiting from your well prepared classes and feeling stronger and healthier.”
